I had a conversation the other day with a lady who had recently moved into the area.  When she discovered that I worked in the dental field, she shared with me her recent experience trying to find a new dentist for her family.

It was clear she felt frustrated.  She described the several different offices they had visited, attempting to find a doctor they all felt comfortable with, but it was hard for them to find a dentist they felt they could trust.
